UK Stage Works is a nationwide staging company with facilities in Wales and the Midlands. We support events of all sizes, from small local council events to festivals and live music productions with more complex staging requirements.
Alongside staging and platforms, we can provide full production support, including PA, onstage equipment, lighting rigs and backline hire. Stage managers and onsite crew are also available to help keep your event running smoothly from setup to final performance.

01. Contact our project managers
Get in touch and one of our project managers will arrange a site visit to assess your requirements, recommend the right staging solution and complete a full risk assessment.
02. Recieve your quotation
Your dedicated project manager will prepare a tailored proposal and quotation based on your event’s requirements.
03. book your staging
Once we’ve agreed the final proposal and delivery date, we’ll send you a booking confirmation with your delivery details and crew log sheets.
04. Delivery and production
On delivery day, our crew and your dedicated project manager will meet you on site and carry out a second risk assessment before the stage build begins. Once the build is complete and the stage has passed its safety checks, it will be ready for your event.

Your dedicated project manager assesses the site, identifies potential risks and prepares a risk assessment to guide the staging plan. When our crew arrives on delivery day, we assess the site again to account for any changes in conditions.
Throughout the build, our team follows the agreed risk assessment and works in line with applicable health and safety requirements. We take crew welfare and audience safety seriously, and your project manager is on site as a dedicated point of contact.
Before the stage is ready for use, we complete the necessary safety checks. All the services we provide are fully insured, giving you confidence in the team supporting your event.
